SUMMIT AUDIO, INC. TO SERVE AS SOLE DISTRIBUTOR OF
BRICASTI DESIGN PRODUCTS IN THE UNITED STATES

GARDNERVILLE, NV, November 1, 2005—Summit Audio Inc., a leading manufacturer, designer and distributor of high-end signal processing equipment, has announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Bricasti Design. Under the terms of the new agreement Summit Audio will serve as the sole distributor in the United States for the Medford, Massachusetts-based company’s entire product line, including the all-new Model 7 Stereo Reverb Processor.

“Most people know Summit Audio for manufacturing state-of-the-art signal processing gear,” states Erik Papp, president of Summit Audio, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. “However, we also have mature distribution capabilities thanks to our extensive experience and strong relationships in the industry. We are extremely pleased about Bricasti’s products, and we feel that we can help them to gain much-deserved market share.”

The Model 7 Stereo Reverb Processor, Bricasti Design's first product, is a modern, high-resolution digital design. Utilizing an array of the latest DSP devices, the M7 provides a platform for the long-overdue next step in reverb processing algorithms.

With a separate, fully differential analog section and a dedicated transformer-based linear power supply, the M7 provides the finest analog specifications of any product of its kind. With an exceptionally strong stainless steel chassis and a tooled-aluminum front panel, the M7 combines a classic high-visibility display and straightforward human interface, which completes an enduring design that is intended to fulfill its role now and in the future.
